Step into the nostalgic world of Kenzo, where art, fashion, and a sprinkle of 3D magic come together. Inspired by the 90’s video games, bursting with energy and charm, the campaign features three delightful friends – directed by Believe under BOL’s creative direction.

Meet the players: Winky, the fearless tiger, Deezy, the divine flower, and Bimpy, the chill buddy. Together, they hop on an adventure from a classic video game, embodying the celebrated vision of Nigo, Kenzo’s creative director, and Japanese Artist Verdy; a toast to their powerhouse friendship.

At the heart of this meaningful journey is a dazzling animation that takes us to their whimsical world. As the first snowflake falls, Winky the Tiger picks up the signal – it’s time to gather his friends and celebrate! The trio steps through the gates of Nigo & Verdy’s Japanese castle, soaring on flower-shaped Boke clouds and dashing through snowy gardens.

The campaign’s visual style is a full-on retro dream, dripping in vibrant colours and packed with the energy of the games that shaped a generation. This collaboration between Kenzo and Verdy is not just stylish, but deeply sentimental!

And how could it be a throwback without the right soundtrack? To enhance the experience, the main piece’s soundtrack was composed by Japanese artist Young Coco—another friend of Verdy—while the campaign’s sonic identity embraced nostalgic 16-bit sounds, immersing our audiences in a world where fashion meets classic video game influences.
